What is Personal Fitness Training? 

Training that is designed for the sole purpose of increasing the fitness of your body and mind. 

This is achieved by combining the practices of yoga and strength training (i.e., Kettle Bells, Bands, Bosu, and Urban Rebound) wherever our research and industry standards support.  Here at Scorpion Athletics we assist you by providing the most qualified and dedicated fitness practitioners with a unique blend of National Certifications, not found at our larger fitness competitors.  The privacy we offer is what allows Scorpion Athletics to customize a program for you, using that unique blend of certifications, but always on your terms.
